Hey does anyone have an idea how much sleep someone should get? Sometimes I end up waking up in the middle of the night and it messes me up so I have to sleep later. But I am starting school again and being able to sleep as long as I need to can't happen. I am going to try to get a sleeping routine down. I have just been stressed so the try as I might it is hard to get to sleep til about 2am. But yeah if anyone has advice that would be nice. If anything it should help the stress of school and maybe allow me to deal with everything again right?
