Hi everyone im new to this group. This week i went in to see a new doctor i am having a horrible time with my anxiety and panic attacks. by the end of the appointment he diagnosed me with Bi-Polar type 2 disorder. i have had nothing but a rush of emotions. how could i have gone this long undiagnosed? how could my other doctors not seen my symptoms when i complained about them? This doctor took me off my Lexapro and is putting me on Geodon and wants me to see a neurologist. This is a lot for me to take in but he said since im more depressed then i get highs im type 2. i guess i have so many questions and i dont know how to handle this i feel so lost right now. i go back to see him in 2 weeks. i just dont know what to do or where to start
