I am having a very hard time with my depression. It seems that I take the meds for a week or two and they do fine and then the depression and anxiety kick in. I just want to lay in bed and cry. I have thoughts that terrible things are going to happen to my husband and children. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar II disorder so I don't know much about it. I have been reading as much as I can on the subject, but nothing eases my mind. Any suggestions?? Any words of advice?
