I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Do you stay awake for days on end or just have more then usual energy?
Are your highs only while on meds or have you had them with out
There is something called Med induced BiPolar
Type 1 Type 2 Rapid and NOS
Basically you could be just depressed with your normal being slightly hypomanic or it could be your meds that bring you up.
talk to the dr is all I can say!!!
Find pdocs at teaching institutions near you that are publishing and get an appointment with one of them.
Chart your energy level, productivity, moods for a couple months before you see the pdoc.
They should be able to tell you with that info.
These......" I THINK I MIGHT BE BIPOLAR" posts are getting ridiculous...GO GET A REFERENCe...GET SOME EDUCATION ON BP,IF YOU ARE DX.as BP..THEN COME BACK AND MAYBE WE CAN HAVE AN INTELLEGENT QUESTIAN AND ANSWER SESSION,other wise ,go look up boarderline personality disorder, that fits symtoms too,...so does untreated diabetis...so does brain cancer...it could be anything...menopause,extreme PMS....being bipolar is more than mood swings....Crap..I just totally went off on this poor woman...but it was one too many recent posts ..."I THINK I MIGHT BE BIPOLAR" ...it's really getting to me,and the board seems to be filled with whineing childish people, not willing to do their work or research, work ,on what it means to be bipolar...they want us to hand them little sweets on a platter ,and tell them...all will be fine.
BP is hard work, and if someone dosn't want to do the work..let them figure it out...........now I suppose I'll get another meds increase!
