I'm new to this commmunity and had a few questions that would like answers to was hoping I could get them answered here. My girlfriend of 2 and a half years was degnosed with bipolar shortly after we were forced to break up. I always wondered why she would have moments where she would be so mean to me it would only last for about an hour or so then would burst out in tears telling me over and over how sorry she was that she was so mean to me and telling me how much she loved me. was this normal to have intense mood swings like this?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
