I'm cycling sooo much. two days ago i had a huge breakdown and now i don't feel so bad. I'm up and down and up and down. please, somebody, tell me that they understand what it feels like to just not feel ok.

hey this is caddy I know how it feel to have the up's and down's it's not wrong to feel not ok. all you have to do is tell someone how you feel and way and you can also talk to me.

I Know What It feels Like I have A Rapid Cycling Bipolar Known As Cyclothmia Bipolar and I Am up And Down All The Time.Do You get Happy Than A Little While Later Your Sad Thats How It Affects Me. It Sucks I hate It.

It's been a while since you posted this, but you are defiantly not alone. everyday people work hard to survive. The harder you work, the stronger you'll become. It's also helpful to get a therapist and medication And you'll almost become immune to strong bad emotions. It will all stop.

my cycles were 2 minutes apart some days and then 2 days later i would be up and then the next day be looowwww.... but when they were to minutes it was like i couldnt stop crying and then the next minute i was so dog i would punch something close to me in my house.
