I don't know about you guys, but for me, staying fit has been a life long challenge. I can't always muster teh energy to get out of bed and start jogging. Even if I buy a treadmill, I don't end up doing diddly squat.
I've tried also using weighted clothing and using little dumbbells while I watch TV but that hasn't worked either. I just can't get the habit going. I heard for fitness it takes 90 days of doing something regularly to make it a habit.
