Reading a magazine and this article I came across and it might help others. The first world wide candle lighting was instigated in 1996. We are all invited to join with tens of thousands TCF members, relatives, friends and supporters at 7 pm your local time on the second Sunday of each December for world wide candle lighting. By lighting a candle for one hour, you will help create a virtual wave of light that encircles the globe over a 24 hour period, honouring the memories of all children who have died. "we do this in remembance of all children...... that their light may always shine" So remember to light your candle at home on the second Sunday of December of each year and join with all those families and children around the world. I think this is a nice way to remember all those beloved children who have pass away. Dotz

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
