Hello. First time posting here. Although I never had to deal with losing lives of direct family members, I had experience of losing few close relatives and the agony/pains/sufferings it brings upon people. I recently became philosophical and tried to understand why life works the way it works.
No one wants to lose our loved ones. Nobody wants to see anyone endure the pains/sufferings of losing family members/close ones. I wonder what the reason for all this suffering is. And why certain people, not others? Also, is life supposed to be unpredictable and not make sense?
Thanks in advance for any insights.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
