So to recap, my mom passed in June, I had a miscarriage in September, and now someone in my nursing class accused me of cheating on a test, she claimed I wrote her a note, asking what the answer to a question was.
(Honestly, she\'s not that smart, if I wanted to cheat, I would use a more reliable source)!!!!
She turned a note into the faculty team, claiming I wrote it, used the same color pen I was using the day of the test and was able to imitate my writing (well printing) pretty well. The funny thing is she turned in this \"note\" a week after the test, when we got our grades back. I didn\'t do well on the test, I have no idea how she did. I do remember this girl asking me something during the test and I said \"I don\'t know\". I guess something pissed her off enough to go to this extent to get me in trouble. The teachers believed her. I am appealing their decision now.
This is not the right time to something like this to me.
But, I stood my ground, said I was innocent and would not withdraw from the program. Hence, now the appeal process will begin. So basically I am guilty, until I can prove myself innocent.......
This makes it that much harder to go on with my studies.
Really, what next, I really don\'t have the energy to fight, but I\'m trying.
Anyone ever been in a situation like this or had something similar...
Any advice.....
I feel this girl really nailed me to the wall.
By the way, I have a 3.4 GPA, that\'s dean\'s list.

A deep longing accompaniedby the deepest Love some days. The heavy fog mayreturn and the next day, it may recede.Once again, it's...

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
Another approach: try the student government association. They\'re supposed to work for the students, make \'em work for you.
Check in with student services, explain your entire situation to them, see what they have to offer.
Got any good standings with any other instructors? Ask for a letter of recommendation. Ask your boss or a coworker or two write a short note supporting your ethical values and honesty.
Just some suggestions.
Good luck.
