My farther died 22 years ago and he wanted his medials to go to Robert, Because they were so close, Dad alway took Robert to all his baseball games Dad was robs bigest fan all the other grandchildren dont remember him very well, When Dad died Robert was lost and he never got over it, He always talked about Dad to everyone, Robert was killed Nov 3 , And I would like to send Dads medials with him. Because no one would appreseate them more.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I realize that you might be indecisive, as once they go with Robert, they will be gone forever, but if that's what your dad wanted, maybe that's what you need to do.
