It will be 12 years Nov. 23 since I lost my Jenny, in 1995 Thanksgiving felled on the 23. this year is will be on the 22, Last year Thanksgiving was on the 23, When Thanksgiving does not fall on the 23, I have 2 days, Every year people ask me, What are you doing for Thanksgiving, I HATE Thanksgiving no matter what I do Thanksgiving day always seems like it is the anniversy and the 23. I just don't want to celebrate Thanksgiving. I feel guilty for not being thankful on Thanksgiving but i just can't do it. I feel like I need forgivness.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Thanksgiving is also the first Holiday after my son's death, although it was in September, but my feelings are similar to yours.
My daughter won't be in town this year, and I have already just bought a turkey TV dinner and turkey canned cat food to share with my cats. And that is all I WANT to do.
Maybe this year I can watch the parade uninterrupted for the first time in decades!!
