I see a lot of people on this site who have lost family members, mainly due to illness, but I lost my husband to suicide a few weeks ago, and if there is anyone else in the same position, I would love to hear from you. Its different, cause you have no chance to grieve before it happens, like you would with an illness. One day you just come out of the shower and find your spouse dead on the couch, when 30 minutes earlier you were having a conversation with him about your future plans when you are old......

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
