I recently lost my mom. I find myself very anxious , so much to the point that I sometimes have panic attacks. I try to accompish things , but my anxiety gets so bad , it makes me start having a pounding heart, and like a feeling like i have to run . Sometimes I feel like i am breathing heavy or perspiring. It is an awful feeling, but I think I have had this before after my dad passed away about 4 yrs ago. Any suggestions on how to relax, I do yoga sometimes or listen to music. I also take clonazepam, but wonder if it works well. Hilly

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
