I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
If I could, I'd sing the Italian song, "Mama" to her.
Held by Natalie Grant,
Missing Pages & Every Saturday by Seventh Day Slumber,
Im Not Alright by Sanctus Real,
Yesterdays by Switchfoot,
Cry out to Jesus by Third Day,
Stand In The Rain by SuperChick,
In Memory by April Sixth,
Never Alone by Barlow Girl
Who Knew - Pink
There You'll Be - Faith Hill
My Old Piano - Diana Ross (because apparently he liked it!)
I also now have the songs from his funeral that will forever remind me of him:
Gotta get thru this - Daniel Bedingfield
Thank you for the music - Abba
Mmm Bop - Hanson
There were reasons behind them all...
It's helped me actually, setting up a page. It is somewhere I can just go and listen.
