Hi, I just happened upon this group today and thought I'd say hello. My father died on Aug 17th of a massive heart attack, he was dead within 2 minutes. He was feeling wonderful and in the greatest mood and out of nowhere, he is gone. My mother and father were married 44 years and the past 15, they were together 24/7. I don't know how to help her, I don't know how to help myself, I miss him so much. We saw eachother multiple times a week and he was like a best friend. This is the first loss I have ever experienced in my 34 years of life. I just can't believe the pain our family is feeling. I feel traumatized by the vision of him in the hospital after he died and at the funeral. It's like I am living a nightmare:(
