Several people on here tonight have given me condolences about the loss of my oldest son, Isaac, to suicide on 9/17/05.
I usually get maybe one or two in a week or two, but tonight there have been several....and I was just telling another friend that, when I remembered, a year before he died, on Nov. 4, he fell and broke his heel in 6 places. I always thought it was a suicide attempt, but he would never admit it. His story just didnt add up.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
