that's all i have. how do i go on after my son passed away? how do i get through a day without counting the minutes? i'm in the same place now, if not worse, as the day he passed.

There are so many of us asking the same question. Sometimes I get on here and write. Sometimes I cry. Sometimes there is a softening. Sometimes my guts are ripping out. I love my Daddy so much. I guess the one thing that helps, when I can believe it, is that he is still here with me, just in another dimension. That someday I will see him again. Though he worsened over three and a half months, when the end came, he seemed to pass so softly from this life to the next that I have to believe that he is just on the other side sending his love and waiting.... as I am on this side.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
