Can anyone tell me what best i can do in memory of my sister who never lived to celebrate her surprise 40th birthday i was planning for January 2008? I feel the need to do something for her because she was so close to my heart. She died out of a disappointment with her marriage. What can i do? Help please! Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
If you are wanting to do something more in her honor.....try donating your time to a charity. It's that time of year and sometimes helping those who are facing hardships makes you feel better. Maybe you will be that one kind person that will make the difference in someone else's life who feel they have no solution in life left. Take care.
I had a Celebration of Life ceremony instead of a funeral for Mommy after she passed.
I was going to have it ofr her when she got out of the hospital but she never made it.
Everyone loved the idea of celebrating her life.
I hope these ideas help you to honor your sister. You may have to choose something from all the ideas...
