How does one get over this grieving process? I've lost some much in the past 3 months..first of all my lovely husband who died so young to lung cancer and I was his soul caretaker and watch him take his last breath on this earth and lost my home because all our money went to his treatments and keeping him comfortable...Then I had to give up my job to come and live with family my daughter because I had no where to live. I'm grieving alot of things at one time.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
