Is it normal to form an imaginary reality to make it through the day? Let me explain. Lately, I have been pretending that my boyfriend is either visiting in Mass. or that we are arguing therefore not speaking. These both explain why I haven't heard from or seen him. Actually, I place my image in the morning during the ride to work. Through out the day I refresh the tale anytime I want to call or send a myspace message or text him. By the time I get home and get my son to bed I have to remember to "take down the image" or I'll go to bed angry and wake up in tears. Once I take down the image I "look at it" and laugh, because it worked. Today is day 2 without crying, but it's still early. I miss him so much.

Am I going nuts? Will I be alright?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
