I am so sick. Fever, headache, chest hurts, all that stuff. I've never been sick and not had Mom, I can't stop crying, I'm miserable inside and out. I don't know what to do.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
(((hugs))) I am so sorry you don't feel well. Moms are the best when you don't feel well. I wish she could be there for you. I hope you feel better. Please take care of yourself.

I'm so sorry you're sick! I lost my own mom/best friend earlier this year and went thru several health problems due to the grief, or so the doc told me. I know the feeling, you feel so bad sick, then feel worse because she's not there to make it all better. We all need our parents at any age. I'm jealous you had yours til you were 50. I was only 33 when Mom passed. Please take care of yourself, get plenty of rest, fluids, soup, etc. Blessings your way,
Stacie
