i lost my mum 7 years ago at the age of 13 she was only 42 and ihave never greived properly and am now having sever anxiety and panick attacks

Im sorry for your loss, but yes continue to keep writing your thoughts it does help. I lost my mom 6 years ago, and although I was a bit older when she died, it was the most devastating thing to happen in my life at that time. I am still grieving for her, but am accepting it better because I talk about it.

Sometimes I wish that I couldn't grieve; it would make all this so much easier to deal with. But at least you are facing yours now and thats what matter. Be strong!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
