my husband passed away in nov 06 the other nite i had a dream about my husband in the dream he was alive and things where normal just like before he passed away talking and joking being happy but when i woke up my heart sank as i relised he wasnt here it was so real has any one else experienced anything simmilar

Yes, I have. It might be his way of letting you know it's o.k. to go on with life. Take comfort in it, he's still close. Huggs Rainbow

I've been experiencing this with my grandma - gone 10 years, mom - gone 4 years and a lot of people who are gone...i think it's because i miss them and miss the communication and also i believe it's their way of communicating that things are going ok and they are fine and don't worry...really crazy though because when you wake up you are back to reality...good luck!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
