Does anyone know if it hurts to die, I guess this is normal because you want to make sure your loved one didnt feel any pain and that they have gone to heaven.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I would love to tell you that it never does, but many of us have seen a lot of pain in loved ones before they go. Some, go very peacefully, as my MIL did, some struggle like my mom did. Thankfully, these days pain management has become a much better fodus on the part of caregivers, so that the person is as comfortable as is humanly possible.
None of us knows for sure if you go "straight to Heaven" or not, you have to make your own choice as to what you believe will happen. Sending hugss, Rainbow
