I wrote this in Miscarriage and stillborn but wanted to share with all of you as well. for everyone who is grieving..
People ask how can I find a blessing in loosing your baby? I have to respond by letting them know that I find comfort in knowing that my daughter will always and forever be perfect, innocent, and pure. She will NEVER know pain or sorrow. She will never have anyone break her heart or hurt her. She will never know how cruel the world is. She will never know regret or anger and she will never cry. For this I am blessed. She is with God now and she is safe. I know that I will see her again and she will know me. Then I will hold my daughter with the purest form of love for all eternity. That thought is what gets me through the days and especially the nights. I love and miss my daughter Emilea more than words can describe, but God is taking care of her for me until I get there.

That is a very nice thought indeed. You have come along way in your grieving, it is a positive way to think. When I had my mc, I had contracted chicken pox (very very badly) I keep in my heart that it was for the best, for the baby would have been oh so sick and who knows if he would have lived long if born the doctors said. Thank you so much for sharing such nice words......

How precious. We lost our daughter when she was 20, but I still have a lot of the same thoughts. No one can ever hurt her again. She can love now and have no fear. These thoughts are very powerful and can really lift you up when you're mired down in your loss. Thanks for your beautiful post!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
