I lost my baby to sids 2 months ago, i am having problems with the holidays, and life in general. If anyone has any advice please let me know.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I did look for communities specif to your need but didn't see one other than this one. I wrote in a suggestion about that, maybe one will be started.

-a support group like Compassionate Friends in your area
-therapy either individually or with your spouse
-reading books on grief & loss of a child
-connecting with others on DS daily, writing in your DS journal & reading others thoughts
-do not avoid, deny, or try to rush through grief
