I want to share the amazing thing that happened Sunday. In our state you can adopt a two mile strech of highway. You agree to keep the two miles clean and in return the state will erect a sign in memory of a lost loved one. They erect one at each end of the two miles. On Sunday,April 20th a group of my Grandsons got togeather to clean the road side.Sunday morning I prayed and ask God that we have a pretty day and a safe day.I also said to God,If you will, would you let Shawn send us a sign that he is with us.The weather was beautiful. There were around 100 people show up.Just as we got started on the clean up,someone yelled look at the rainbow. There in the sky was the most amazing rainbow. Now keep in mind it had not rained for two days. And this rainbow was like none that I had ever seen.It looked like it started above the cematary where my Grandson is and ran in a strait line the two mile length. We had people cleaning at each end of the two miles and most of the people saw the rainbow.I posted a picture on DS of it.It is not real clear in the picture but it is there. Now,I do not know how others may feel but I know that God let Shawn be with us and this was a true sign.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
