Hi All I am a little scared right now. I feel like I am going crazy. I forgetting a lot of things these day. I seem to being things that I don't do. Like takeing someone ells cart at walmart. going into work early. messing up my alarm clock. What is going on with me.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I walk out of the house without my car keys. I stop in the middle of the sentence and forget what I was saying. I have to write lists in the morning or the night before so I don't forget the things I have to do the next day. The whole month of february I had to be reminded to eat. In march I would set an alarm so I would know when I had to leave the house for therapy.
I think our brains are on overload. We've gone through such trauma and we can't do everything at once. I don't think we're crazy, there are just crazy circumstances going on in our lives...
