After a long relationship where it seemed I had learned nothing at all and just wasted my love and precious years of my life I prayed to god for someone that would love me just as much as I loved them. My biggest fear was to get into another unsuccessful relationship and feel as though my love had been wasted.
God granted my wish when Tim came into my life. He loved me for me and told me often that I was the best thing that ever happened to him. I never for a millisecond ever felt that my love was wasted. He made me feel like the most beautiful and special person on the planet. I adored him and he equally adored me. I finally felt what it was like to experience true love. Although I prayed to god for someone who would love me just as much as I loved them and he made it happen I was not able to keep it. I lost it. Although the amount of pain that I feel is unbearable at times I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience true love. I would have rather loved and lost then never to have loved at all.
Here are some quotes that are paraphrased from EBK. I could not remember them exactly but I thought they would still be some what inspirational :)
In so many ways, loss shows us what is precious, while love teaches us who we are. The greatest lesson that loss teaches us is to live everyday to the fullest. We all live under the stars but do we look up at the sky? Do we really touch and taste life? Do we see and feel the extraordinary especially in the ordinary? Don't wait for one last look at the ocean, the sky, or a loved one. Go look now :) ~EKR

A deep longing accompaniedby the deepest Love some days. The heavy fog mayreturn and the next day, it may recede.Once again, it's...

I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
