This group is for anyone who is grieving the loss of someone close to them. It helps to have someone who understands what your going through by having been there and can share with you the grieving process. Even though you think you wont make it, you will. You will be okay. Members walk the journey together.

Here is a great poem I found online. When you lose someone you love, it may help. You can use anyone's name or parent in it's spot...very touching.
Yellow roses grow in heaven. Lord pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Daddy's arms and tell him they're from me. Tell him that I love and miss him. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
