My husband woke up with numbness on his left side arm,leg and left side of his face. Thinking stroke I rushed him into the er. That was 4 days ago. They have ran lots of tests and are thinking strongly it is bells palsy. Problem is that the bells was treated really well with steroids but they gave him a spinal tap and he has had attacks of excruciting pain between his sholder blades, vomiting, severe headaches and neckaches and stiffness. They tried a caffeine drip twice, and the blood patch. They now are just pumping him full of drugs for the pain until he has another blood patch tomorrow. Anyone else had this problem?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
