I have a tendency to over do, lifting, mopping etc. But how do I know when my body is telling me I am doing too much? I have 2 disc in my lower back that have.... well deterated to the point that my doctor wants me to have the fragments "scraped" off the nerves. the odds of it working arent good and the pain is somewhat managable, except maybe in the winter. I practiclly live on pain medication. so I was just wondering if maybe I am adding to the problem by trying to "live a normal" life.
