Hi everyone. Just a quick update on my Mother-Inlaw. We found out today that she has AML Leaukemia. It stands for Acute myelogenous Leukemia. It is a very acute form and fast moving. There is still one more part of the blood work were waiting on and that should be done by tomorrow. The way things look now its just a matter of time. I am trying so hard to be strong for my husband, as that's what I'm known for. In my family I'm the glue so to speak and am able to hold it all togather but this time I just can't do it. I feel Like I'm Loosing a Mom. She has been so wonderful and special to me. The only good thing is she will get to go home and be with her husband again. It's strange on Christmas she said she would like to share something with all of us ( she is normally a very private person) she wanted to share some dreams she had been having. In two her husband appeared and sat on the edge of the bed I believe she said he held her hand and just kept repeating the numbers six twenty six we can't figure it out. The other two dreams she said this man again sat on the edge of her bed she said he looked liked Christ as we would probably picture him with long hair. She said he didn't say anything just held her hand and smiled. just thought I would share. We all pretty much doubt they will do anything about her heart at this point. All we can do is hope that she does not suffer and goes quickly. Please if I may ask again pray for our family to hold on to our faith and strength. Thank you to all that have already give me so much support. It means so very much.

I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
