Tomorrow was my neurologist appointment, but I'm cancelling due to I was told by several people that this Dr. was knife happy. One lady I spoke with told me he diagnosis her with back problems and needed surgery right away. She went for an second opinion and come to fine out it was not her back, she had a fracture hip. Another lady told me she ask if special therapy would help her problem, but he insisted on doing surgery. He sign for her to go to physical therapy because of the lady's daughter request. when she returned she told him she felt much better. His responds to her " Well, it seems we treated the patient not the problem." Needless to say, she did not go back. That's all I had to hear about this Dr. I may just forget all about this until I cannot talk from the sciatica nerve again.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
