When my back goes out, it really goes out. My hips shift to he left and clearly the spine is no longer in alignemet. The pain is incredible, my husband has to help me out of bed which causes severe muscle spasms. I use a walker and the support of my husband to get to the bathroom as the pain is so severe my legs will not hold me. I can feel when the vertebrea pops back into place and the severe pain is gone but the chronic pain stays. My problem is no doctor has ever seen me in this condition. Last time it happened I was sitting in a chair and just happened to move wrong at the waist. The mri shows disc herniations from L3 through S1, but Im told not bad enough to do surgery at my age of 39. I know I need a ct scan while the back is out. Wondering if anyone knows what I am going through and has other advice. I have a neurostimulator in as I also have sympathetic dystrophy, but it doesnt touch the pain in the back.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
