So what sleep position (if any) do you find comfortable when you are a person with back pain. Maybe it is different for people with upper back and neck pain than people with lower back problems? My pain is lower back. I tend to sleep on my stomach... always have. But I think that may be making it worse. I thought I might try to buy one of those body pillows and sleep more on my side. One thing I totally have difficulty with is rolling over! It is so hard to do. Also has anyone ever tried anything other than a sandard spring matress? I looked online and those air number beds are soooo expensive. But I am curious to know if anyone has tried something like that. Heck I might live another 40 years maybe someday I can actually get comfortable! Thanks-Jackie
