Ya know, I have adapted well after all the years of back pain and then my surgery. I am doing pretty well over all. The one thing I can't seem to find a way to do without really hurting...shaving my legs! No matter how good I feel or how strong I get, I always feel like I need a massage and a round of PT after shaving my legs. I don't keep up on it like I used to. My lower back gets so sore. The only solution I can think of is laser hair removal. Any feedback/suggestions??

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
