Ya know, I have adapted well after all the years of back pain and then my surgery. I am doing pretty well over all. The one thing I can't seem to find a way to do without really hurting...shaving my legs! No matter how good I feel or how strong I get, I always feel like I need a massage and a round of PT after shaving my legs. I don't keep up on it like I used to. My lower back gets so sore. The only solution I can think of is laser hair removal. Any feedback/suggestions??

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
