SEEMS LIKE YOU NEED TO GET YOUR MEDS STRAIGHT. THERE IS NO MIRCALE PILL , THAT WILL TAKE IT AWAY. ALL PILLS HAVE SIDE EFFECTS ; SOME WORST THAN OTHERS . NOMATTER WHAT KIND OF PILL IT IS, THEY ALL HAVE THER PLUSE AND MINUS .YOU NEED TO TALK TO DOCTOR. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where nearly EVERYTHING is treated with a pill! It is astonishing, to say the least. It is the most common repsonse to pain. Doctors tell you to take a pill and rest. I do not know what your specific ailment is but I suggest you be frank with your doctor about it and your concern over "pills".

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
