Hi, has anyone here had to pass up a job due to their back injuries. Their is a vet tech job opened here at the clinic where I take my animals and I really would love to apply for the position. My low back and shoulder pain is so bad, I dont' feel like I can apply, as I don't think I can do a 8 hour shift holding animals and stooping and bending and doing the physical things required on a 8 hr job. I'm totally frustrated, anyone else have this happen? How did you get over it and deal with it? I'm getting really depressed over this.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
