My back pain has been getting progressively worse over the last few months. It started about last summer, and at first it was only in my upper back and it only lasted for a few days about once a month or so. Then it started happening every couple weeks. And now it hurts every day and the pain has spread so that now it covers my mid and upper back and my rib cage. It always hurts in different places and in different ways. Sometimes my muscles hurt, sometimes it feels like my bones hurt, and sometimes I just have sharp, stabbing pains all over. And in the last few weeks, the pain seems to be the worst at night. During the day, pain medicines seem to help manage my pain some, but at night, it gets so bad that nothing helps. I barely sleep anymore. It's like, I find a position that's comfortable, but after 30 minutes or an hour, it's not comfortable anymore, and I'll wake up from the pain. I'm going to the doctor about it again today, but I'm afraid he'll just blow me off like he did last time. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Anybody have any ideas what could be causing my pain?

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
