So I was super busy last week getting stuff together for a garage sale and since I had some good money from it and some extra time, I decided to reward myself and get a massage. Well last night and today my back and legs are killing me! I thought a massage was supposed to be a good thing and she didnt do anything like over the top or too intrusive. I just figured it would help, and maybe make me feel better...not worse! Has anyone else had this problem or something similar? I am thinking maybe stimulating the area just caused it to hurt more but I`m not really sure...I have a herniated disk at L 4-5 and DDD also, Plus I have siatica pain down both my legs due to the herniation and some spinal stenosis...just to fill you in on what I have.
