hello my name is Vanessa and i'm 16 years old. I ride horses and have been riding for 8 years. I fell off a horse about 6 years ago and landed directly on my tailbone. ever since then i constantly get lower and upper back pain. it hurts when i stand too long, walk too much, sit down too long, or lay on the wrong angle. it's gotten to the point where the pain is unbareable. when i rub my lower spine (my actualy vertebrae, not my muscles) it hurts. having my back rubbed does not do it any justice. also stretching it just seems to cause my spine to ache. do you think it's a bone related problem?? and if so what do you think it is. any possible advice for helping pain to subside?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
