Am new to this community, and am really looking for some quick answers. I have in the past few years had tingling in hand, which I would go to chiropractor for an adjustment. However about three weeks ago in addition to tingling i had tremendous pain in right upper back, down into armpit and my entire right arm. Have been on pain meds. ibu, ice packs, hot baths for relief and muscle relaxers. I lost total function of 3 fingers and my arm is weak. I have a appointment with specialist as soon as I can arrange MRI to be done. My chriroractor thinks it can be taken care of in his office using RX9000 Decompression? My MRI of 3 yrs ago showed degenerative disk disease in my neck. Conclusion being Uncovertebral osteophtes producing severe bilateral C6-7 foraminal stenosis. Whatever that means. I really need to know someone has gone through this and what steps you took. My life has come to an end as I knew it, am doing everything with left hand. If I push the right I am really in pain later. Please advise.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
