Hello... I have a question. The last couple of days I have been walking more to try to increase my stamina. I have nerve damage in my back causing leg numbness in both legs with drop foot in my left foot and numbness in my right foot. It seems that after I get done walking for the rest of the day my foot and legs feel more numb. Is that normal or do you think that is something to be concerned about? Is it an indicator that the nerves are being compressed again?
