I've known for years that my bones/ especially spine was NOT in good shape. I had put up with severe pain in spine, neck, hip, & thigh (which would often go numb), but when I mentioned it to my GP, we always had bigger worries--my 2 brain tumors, & epilepsy....so I figured what's one more PAIN!!! Then, I started going to a specialist in pain, & neurology...that takes care of both....& finally had someone who listened to me! I agree with EVERYONE on here who say the weather makes a big difference...& it seems my pain is always worse at night. I am VERY un-used to this MUCH pain...the kind where you can't MOVE, or it hurts to really even move. I still try to do yoga, & still try to do as much as possible--but my dr. keeps limiting more & more on what I can & can't do at all. It's aweful. Does anyone else have this? She literally told me to carry the smallest possible purse, or have someone else carry it for me. SO--I was just wondering? Am I that BREAKABLE!!! (I've Never broken my spine, but have broken many ribs & sternum!)??? Just wondering? Thanks! Take care all! M-

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
