Hi guys. I am on 8mgs of Subutex due to a hard time getting off of Vicodin after a surgery. I have been on it for a few months. I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and, just the other day, Sciatia. I also have Degenerative disc disease with a disk pressing into my nerve on L5 of my back. My Sub. doctor said he would keep me on Subutex for as long as I needed it if it helps with pain. Unfortunately it is not helping anymore. I am seeing a new pain specialist in January. I am going to stop taking the Sub. and I am going to ask the PM doctor for a long acting pain reliever. It will have to be a narcotic to kill the pain I am experiencing. Should I tell him that I was on Subutex? I don't want to be labeled as a drug addict and have him give me motrin. I NEED a major pain reliever or I will not be able to function. He may find out even if I don't tell him. If anyone can relate please tell me what I should do. There is no other option for me I'm afraid. P.S- I am on Lyrica now too but unfortunately I discovered It's not going to work out either. Thanks guys.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
