I went to the Pm Dr. and was told yesterday that I have a disc herniation. This is the first time I have ever been told this. I have seen 2 neurosurgeons, and a pm dr. I was told I have cervical spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disorder So when did this herniation take place? I have done physical therapy, and 3 epi shots, and now just take pain meds and rest a lot. Wondering if this is something new, or a part of the other situations.
