LBP is lonely
LPB is a multitude of simultaneous conditions
LBP is YOURS (not the dr's)
What should I do? epidurals
what should I do? LB surgery
What should I do? take more drugs
whine,whine, whine
As I have said before, my bank account sucks, but my spine is strong.
current pain level from last week is: .5-1

I have an anatomical short right femur, with a right femur head de-formity since 12 years of age.
DJD L4-L5 on the left @28 yoa
(scared the hell out of me when I saw it. That's the sh*t my grandmother had!)
My right hip actually does better with compression activities including soft sand or grass running.
these are MY do's and don'ts
CONCRETE or ASPHALT running - BAD!!
roadbikes - bad.
Mountain bikes - ok,
snow boarding - ok
surfing - ok
kayaks - BAD!
hiking - ok
swimming - ok
squats - bad
upper body wts - ok
shoveling - ok
kneeling down in the garden >5 min - BAD!!
24 years of this stuff, you learn your body.
I am going to live past 100 years of age
"A CENTURION" now that's cool!
Without a structure, the rest of the body functions collapse.
(this is not pretty)
Side note:
when I turn 100, I get PAID.
Life insurance only goes until 99 yoa
with a life insurance face value of $500K
it's a PARTY!
(like Anna Nicole Smith did.)

Your so right there is no magic cure or remedy, it's up to the individual. Staying active according to the place of injury is the key. Its's like everything else in life,MODERATION.
