I am going to a walking city for work next week and my back completely seizes up after I walk over 1 block. The hotel I am staying at is about 3 blocks away uphill on the way back from the office and downhill on the way to the office. One co-worker is already asking if we can go for drinks afterward. My team wants me to go to lunch with them and I they want to walk to get to a restaurant. I just don't know what to do. If I say no, I can't walk, I am not being a "team player". I need help.
